U.S. carbon emissions fall for first time in Biden era
A warm winter and a slow economy are driving the decline in American greenhouse gases. It comes as global emissions are plateauing.
The second sentence is even more important. Since emissions globally have been growing in the last decade a plateauing is already a hug step in the right direction.
