Easy to look down on poor people from 3rd world countries when you are a well off westerner.
Seems like it was less about the guy being poor and more about him preparing food directly over his bare feet.
There are countries that are poorer than India but cleaner.
You don't have to go very far. Its been baffling scientists for centuries how those that has been living in the posh area of India are having greater hygienic mindsets as compared to those depicted in this clip.
