I have my doubts it will matter. Obama got a nobel peace prize while being a war monger. Poor Joe, might not get a nobel prize because of the genocide. Damn, sucks to be him.
Biden was doing decent until Dark Brandon fully took over and he turned into Genocide Joe, a literal cartoon villain.

I believe he ruined any such claim with his work on criminal justice legislation long before he endorsed genocide of a captive population.
