Rachael Maddowl sign proposals video
Apparently the sign is the result of a Colbert/Oliver type of half serious and half sarcastic proposal to the city of Salem. Rachael Maddow sent some sign to the city and they approved them. They then made shirts and replica signs they sold to fund park projects.
