This is ready to release into the next update.
And yes, it is a button.
7 0 ReplyI have just seen and tried the latest update. Hiding posts is there (brilliant work, very great) but no marking as read by scrolling past a post?
Is that correct?
2 0 ReplyI just thought of this too. I’ll make a setting for this and push another update here in a bit.

Yes please. Just the way it worked in Apollo
5 0 ReplyIdeally with a button to (temporarily) hide all read posts. That was my „workflow“ in Apollo.

That doesn’t make any sense to me. Scrolling past a post is not the same as reading it.
2 0 ReplyI mean yes and no. If I scroll by it, that usually means I’m not interested in that post and don’t want to see it again.
6 0 Replywell look at it from this perspective, you didn't click it because it doesn't get your interest, so naturally you do not want to see it again in your feed after a refresh. it is my favorite feature, i had it in relay for reddit and even my rss feeder has it.
4 0 ReplyI totally agree. It’s a ‘must have’ feature to me in an rss reader. And I miss it in a community app like this.
