Is a Ktipp subscription worth it?

Hi, I've been wondering if any of you are subscribed to Ktipp? I've read that on top of the great consumer product reviews you also get free law advice if you're in need, which sounds pretty good for 8.- a month. Any thoughts?

I was subscribed in the past. Honestly it's ok.

But I unsubscribed because I didn't read it often enough. Many of the things they test you will also find for free in SRF articles, Kassensturz or hear in espresso.

Regarding the free law advice. I once wrote them. Took quite a while to get an answer and the answer wasn't that helpful after all.

So I would highly recommend a Rechtsschutzversicherung instead, which will not only give you advice, but will also fight for you and where you are also insured up to a certain amount in court costs. I use dextra myself and am quite happy (just make sure you also have the "Move" package in case you also want to be protected in the case of car accidents - since I was missing that one when I needed it.) Mobiliar also offers Rechtsschutzversicherung but I don't have any experience with that.
Yes, definitely. If you take your time to read it, you'll save way more than 8.- a month. I don't have any experience with the law advice, as I never had to make use of it (fortunately).
