I had a window break in my apartment, in January in New England (pretty cold). Landlord says they will fix it soon. 4 months go by with no fix, she finally contacts me about increasing the rent.
- ooo, I had a roof leak and my landlord had code enforcement come to tell me to mow the lawn.
omfg, I had to unclog 90’ of drain. Im upstream of a 4 plex that i think im connected with. I pulled up shitty wet wipes clogging it. If i added grease it would be a nightmare!
- I had to replace my entire sewer line right after I moved in. Sewer problems are a real hassle.

Explain
- Never pour oil into the sink drain, it will combine with soap and solidified, clogging the drain. In some cases you need to call plumber to fix that.
  
  Ahh Really? I always do that but pour hot water at the same time, never had an issue
