Adobe abandons $20 billion acquisition of Figma

Adobe would run Figma to the ground if it was acquired.

I vehemently don’t want Adobe to achieve any of these things.

I am thrilled to see an example of regulators actually putting work into blocking monopolistic mergers. Hopefully this is the beginning of many.

figma is great, seeing that adobe doesn't get to ruin it is even greater
