No. Read the Constitution.
- But according to Trump the president doesn't have to actually obey the constitution. That's partially what the Supreme Court is deciding on.
  
  If that's how this is ruled, he should do all of that... and then purge and replace the supreme court. Then appoint Hunter as the next president, just to twist the knife.
