it's so weird to me that you identified your sandwich only by its two gloopy ingredients

Imagine if someone posted this "lettuce and salt sandwich" with beef and tomato on the side 🤣

or a "mustard bun (i take mine with ketchup and a ground meat stick!)"
- This is just what this sandwich is called in New York.
  
  ... in what part of new york? upstate/western?? you all call bagels bagels! cuz i aint ever hear this in the greater ny metro area and i lived there for over 20 years!
- Chopped and Cheese are the only 2 requirements for this sandwich. Chopped could mean ground beef and onion, chicken and bacon, mushrooms and zucchini, etc and etc, as long as it's chopped and easy to eat. Add cheese and you got a Chopped Cheese, lazy delicious bodega food.
  
  Roasted Garlic Mayo was the only other unique aspect, if it was plain mayo there'd be no need to mention it.
I thought this was a burger with another mini-burger on top, like a cute little Alien burger.
