From this thread. I thought the feature existed briefly but I can't find it anymore.
I'd like to swap like it was possible on Reddit, instead of opening the other account and having to find the post and comment again
The feature is not implemented yet, in Lemmy is more complex since it has to fetch the post/comment id in the other instance before replying.
