Ever been so depressed that the only thing keeping you alive is your cat?….I imagine her sad face waiting for me to get home and never getting home….

Yep ... All I know from that time is to hang onto that thread however small ... I also have a list on my phone of reasons to stay alive. Might be a cat, or a friend, or the fact I like seeing the jacaranda trees this time every year. Not gratitude shit, but threads to clutch when you are white knuckling through these times.
