An America-centric one. I've stopped tipping altogether. When the credit card reader at my grocery store deli suggested 15% I snapped.
If you think about it, a deli worker is sort of like a meat & cheese barista.
yeah tipping culture sucks, but doesnt this just hurt the workers?
