Pretty common tactic to drive the price down is to make potential buyers think it’s either stolen, damaged, or unavailable. They’re doing a pretty good job of that
The seller might have moved during the year? Someone commented that the area is a college town and students move a lot so maybe? Or the true owner is more patient than smart and was ppaying the long game? Or knew the seller was full of shit and was still playing the long game?
I'm SO outraged by this random thing on the Internet that probably isn't even real! GOSH! I wonder if all this made up rage I have from constantly reading this stuff has a long term detrimental effect on my mental health? The freaking nerve!
