Can't say I'm surprised after watching some gameplay of it. Anyone here actually play it?
Certain disaster from the beginning. What could possibly be interesting about a game based around Gollum? I'd rather watch an Ent grow.
I had genuine interest in the concept of a stealth-based game based around Gollum in the LotR universe, but the implementation and result were shit. It had potential, but didn’t live up to it.
From what I've seen of the studio they mostly did 2D platformers before so that may have contributed to the failure. Lack of experience.
Its a terrible game, I was wone of the suckers who got it.
Random deaths, clunky movement and on and on you could go.
The idea was cool, but team may not have had the skills to bring it all together.
