Best emulation front-end for PC?
Looking for opinions on what the best best front-end is for emulating. Preferably something that can be easily used with a controller.
Recently installed launch box on Windows and it’s alright but not sure if I want to pay for big box.
A bit late - but I have had great success with Batocera. I have it running on a dedicated machine, but it can be run from an USB-stick.

2 0 ReplyYou can try retrobat.
2 0 ReplyYou could try Playnite. It's controller friendly and has a "big picture" mode.
1 0 ReplyI use RetroArch, and it is very controller-friendly. It also supports RetroAchievements, which is a plus. However, some people view RetroArch on a negative light because of some drama linked to its main guy, who is kind of a dick.
0 0 ReplySeconded. RetroArch is a very polished frontend and works great with a controller. And RetroAchievements is super addicting haha
Never heard anything about the drama though.
0 0 ReplyI think the guy scammed some emulator creators or something.
