Had a really nice Jade tea today (oolong)
Recently tried a batch of new tea leaves (Jade/Oolong) and the first brew was so good, it made me think about sharing it with a larger community.
The flavor profile of Jade is floral, light and slightly sweet.
I did about 4 grams of tea with 300 ml of water (200 degrees F/ 93 C).
Brewed for about 4 minutes.

Highly recommend y'all try this tea - also as always, if you're looking to buy, whole leaf single origin is the way to go. I'm doing this gongfu style, so hoping to get another good 5-6 brews out of this.
Also, I'm coming from Reddit, and noticed the tea community here is much smaller than the tea sub.

It's always hard to describe taste of tea. Thanks sharing it with us. I haven drunken a few good oolong tea's i don't know the region so i can't get them again. There were just a vietnamese person that gave me some oolong tea that bearly cosist of leaf, more small branches. But will try to get more into these tea direction to have something besides my 100 green tea's i drink.
And everything is smaller here than on reddit right now.
