Then I start over-thinking whether or not I'm over-thinking it. Then I spend 5 minutes lamenting my existence, only to forget what I was thinking about in the first place.
I hate it when I finally get into a bit of a flow then immediately become aware that I'm in a flow state, then aware that when I'm aware I will start to mess up, then immediately snowball into a slow fumbling mess all the while being acutely aware of the whole thought process.
