How do you handle restaurants? My wife is extremely picky, and most restaurants are off the table.
I feel like a lot of social events would be off the table too.

Depends on the instant ramen in question. There is definitely vegan instant ramen out there.
Edit to add: I say this as a vegan with instant ramen of the vegan variety in my cupboard.
I was just camping last week and we had instant ramen for breakfast. It's not that hard to find it tbh.
