Can't come soon enough IMO.
Fantastic, more money for MTA to steal
Even if all the money raised went straight into a paper shredder (and let's be honest- that's pretty much what the MTA will do with it), getting any amount of unwanted cars and noise / air pollution out of the picture is a net positive for the city.
The fee should be calculated as a percentage of income, though.
