Even if it's not illegal it sure as hell makes their hypocrisy rather glaring doesn't it?
Moreover, recent changes in Reddit’s policy towards its moderators, along with its claim of ownership over the subreddits, could potentially destabilize the company’s legal standing. This could potentially raise questions about the company’s legal standing.

Haven’t they jeopardized their Section 230 status by asserting control of subreddits, exercising editorial privilege, and by posting material to the platform at their own initiative (reinstating posts that users have deleted)?
