I always lay in bed and play Minecraft when I'm sick. I didn't grow up with Minecraft, and I really don't understand the intricacies of it, but a few years ago I had pneumonia and Minecraft was the only game I could figure out through the brain fog. To this day I always pick it back up and start a new game whenever I'm under the weather. It's just so peaceful and charming. It cheers me up right away.
If you want some variety, I played a ton of PowerWash Simulator when I had COVID and it was fantastic. Just chill, not much thought required, and clean stuff with a pressure washer progression system.
Watch Star Trek in bed. Or more realistically listen to Star Trek as my eyes will be closed.
Such a nice way to pass the time. :)

Watch ElectroBOOM videos. He provides good comedy with scientific knowledge.

Stay in bed for some cat therapy. Nothing like having a warm and purring kitty on each side of you to chase the symptoms away.
Just play low-stakes casual games. I swear I associate getting sick with playing Bejeweled 3 in bed now.
Fast. Clears up all my symptoms like sniffling and nose running, and then I'm better after a day or two.
Plus while fasting I feel a little bit high so I can just zone out and read or play a video game so I get that being sick part over with quickly.

Sleep. The second I start feeling under the weather I adjust to get as much sleep as possible immediately. It absolutely reduces the time needed to recover.
Drink tea and read lots. Maybe bake bread. Being sick is one of the few times I get to stay home, slow down, and put off all the usually daily chores.
Lipton chicken and noodles, crackers, Gatorade and The Price Is Right on Pluto
Hot shower and wash with a scratchy cloth. Whine.
Take the day off work. Knowing that I can just be under the bed covers and I don't have to even hear about a work issue.
When I was younger I'd lie in bed and watch winter sports like ski jumping, biathlon, bobsled, that kind of thing. It was the only thing on t.v. and I never really paid attention. Just people doing stuff in the snow, nice mountain scenery, some commentator talking in the background. It might not sound like much, but it felt soothing for some reason.
Nowadays fold out the guest bed in the attic, get cozy, and sleep whenever I can. If that's not possible I play a game to keep myself distracted from how sick I'm feeling.Feel sorry for myself?
Idk thankfully I don't get sick very often, and I attribute that to masking, handwashing, and taking every vaccine the world will provide me with. Most of my sick days are something like back pain.
Hot and sour soup from my local triad restaurant. Good for all that ails you.
Even got me through COVID17.
Soups, Gatorade, ginger ale, saltine crackers, DayQuil, cough drops, comfy pajamas, blanket, and gaming ALL FUCKING day

Mint tea and thin mint Girl Scout cookies… I don’t really either at any other time, but if I’m under the weather, nothing sounds good to eat. I do my best to drink water and stay hydrated, but guzzling water all day when I do t feel good is a chore. So I’ll have tea and cookies instead.
I’m so habituated that it’s frequently when I realize that I AM sick, because I’ll find myself looking in the cupboard for thin mints.

Work. It takes my mind off being sick if possible. I also like working while sick because it means I can use my paid sick leave as extra holiday.
When I was a kid, listen to a symphony 8 track or read. Soup usually is comforting.
Read manga or watch anime or just YT.
