A photo from last winter - standing at the top of Mt Gingera looking at Bimberi Peak.
That looks cold - beautiful, but cold.
It was indeed cold, but not unpleasantly so as it was a fine day without any particularly strong winds. Did have to keep a few layers around though as while you don't need much insulation while actively walking you do start feeling the chill if you stop for much more than a quick breather.
