Rowan Atkinson. I'm unable to watch Mr Bean or Blackadder with a straight face. Everything he does is comedy gold.
Also the one and only Robin Williams, may he rest in peace. Watched his stand up program and spilled my drink multiple times
Conan O'Brien. He's just effortlessly funny, especially when he's just riffing with Sona and Matt on "Conan O'Brien needs a friend".

I'm going with the niche german option: Jan Philip Zymny. He is a former Poetry Slammer and writes hilarious dadaistic texts. An he can also do that spontaneous together with the audience.
