I have never seen a minions movie so I am assuming Miles is about to give a shit political take
The original Despicable Me is actually a pretty good movie. The Minions are just little bumbling idiots that provide comic relief, I think the only reason they became associated with politics is they got popular at around the same time as older people figured out how to use Facebook.
