Well... I guess at least requiring that self-driving cars be at minimum as good as humans, that makes for an achievable benchmark, cuz we suck at driving too!
- To be fair, it looks like what happened could have easily happened to a human driver too. Human driver hit a woman, making her fall right in front of another car who stopped when they were over them.
  
  But, the human wouldn't have stayed on top of the woman
Someone's having a bad day.
Car was trying to protect her obviously
