  It sounds like it wouldn't be very effective, but he manages to make it quite therapeutic
- Imagine if we used EMH tech to put him on every ship- THAT would improve the fleet unquestionably.

I wish there was a series with Colm as Captain O'Brien! But he was in Star Trek from the TNG pilot up to the DS9 finale, I imagine he was sick of it once that finished up.
- In order for O'Brien to become a Captain he would have had to become a commissioned officer instead of an enlistedman, and you just know he'd never do that.
  
  Doesn’t have to be Federation. He could be a captain of his own ship.
  
  It'd mean having to dress up on those awful formal uniforms.
