RCMP said when the driver was pulled over he told officers, 'the other driver was going faster.'

I'm sure the officer considered that highly-relevant and credible fact. I suspect no punishment will be a deterrent here, but I'd love to see a decade's driving ban.

This is someone who clearly doesn't deserve the privilege of having a driver's license.
