Honestly though, we have until Monday December 15th to make a decision on which plan or whether to even have a plan. Regardless of the outcome, even if it's a no, this is something that should have been written in stone MONTHS ago, not several days before the deadline for Americans to choose a plan.

It's literally a clown show, and regardless of political party, these people should be ashamed of themselves.
