Maybe it's time to see Eurovision for what it really is. I think Americans are starting to see what the Nobel Peace Prize is all about as well.

  It's political.
  Think about it like wrestling. Everybody is a character, nothing is real, but they really need you to believe it is. It's all an act to keep your attention.
  
  I'm not exactly sure what they're getting at, but I did see someone from the Nobel Peace Prize committee call for Maduro's removal just as the US has been ramping up its "anti-narcotics" operations in around the oil and lithium rich country, complete with extra judicial killings of Venezuelans, telling other nations to avoid their airspace and very recently seizing an oil tanker ship...
  So it kinda feels like the Nobel Peace Prize committee is trying to add justification to the cause for war that the US is trying to drum up, which is wantonly egregious, so maybe they're implying that both the Nobel committee and Eurovision are tacit supporters and backers of imperialism.
  
  Reading about the "Cultural Cold War" will very quickly explain it to you. They're both a propaganda arm of the MIC.

I don't really get what would have changed from last year.
The ESC winner of 2024.........
The attack on Israel was 2023..........
Israel has been in Gaza since 2023... This was already brutal in 2024.........

Looks like a publicity stunt.......
- Israel has been in Gaza since 2023
  I mean... They've been in there for much longer than that
- It's in response to the decision last week to let Israel keep participating, which was followed by the boycott of the competition by Spain, Iceland, Denmark and this decision by Nemo. Others countries have since decide to boycott it as well (not Switzerland).
- This is why the left is doomed at the moment.
  Someone stands up for the left side, they receive: "fuck off you're not perfect enough"
  Whereas any branch of the right will get behind another if they're even slightly nudging the way they want.
- Nemo was outspoken back than as well.
  
  I believe he was Beta back then, Demo released a bit later
- Refusing to participate is a less powerful message with a smaller audience
  
  Winning and refusing to accept the prize would be a much more powerful message with the biggest audience.
  This is a stunt.
