I never even asked for a dog as a child but I still ended up with that iDog and whatever the other robot dog was called haha

All I ever got was "we can't afford one"

Which is fair, we definitely couldn't have handled a surprise medical bill for a dog.

That literally happened, parents were allergic to every animal apparently. Have two cats now, they're great.
