Justice Department sues to block California's new House map in clash that could tip control of Congress

If a state receives a court order that their maps are illegal, they just have to throw up their hands and pretend there's no time to change them until the election takes place. Then they can use the illegal maps and face no consequences. This precedent has been set in multiple legislatures controlled by the bastards.
