Man, fuck Russia. Cowards attacking civilians from behind the safety of a drone controller. It would be hard to get much more pathetic, but I'm sure they'll give it their best shot.

Not a great title. If it had not been shot down, would it have nearly hit the apartment building (landed next to it)? If we think it might have hit the building, then we should write "before it hit" and drop the "nearly."
