Is this the same nuclear option that he wants the DoW to start testing again?
- Just read about him wanting to end the "filibuster rule" (de facto needing 3/5 or 60/100 to pass measures) to end the shutdown, im guessing thats what this article is referring to.
He will do anything. But not pull back on the destruction of healthcare.
- Honestly would be a gift to Democratic party. They'd fully own healthcare premiums rising everywhere.
  They'd surely try to blame Democrats but also hard when you push exactly everything you want without a single Democratic vote.
  
  Unfortunately Fetterman and a couple of others pretend Dems will vote for it
