What drinks can I make with instant coffee while I'm waiting for a replacement water tank for my espresso machine

So I did something stupid and dropped the water tank for my breville barista express and cracked it after filling it up

I've already ordered a replacement but don't want to be coffee deprived while waiting for the replacement to come so what are some coffee drinks that can be made with instant coffee

Also, tips on not dropping an espresso machine water tank would be appreciated
