A sentence ending with an interrobang states a question in an excited manner, expresses excitement, disbelief, or confusion in the form of a question, or asks a rhetorical question.

For example:

A gazillion emoji, but no interrobang on my keyboard⁉️
- I make sure to install it on all phone keyboards. It would be a cool project that's way too big in scope to design a 105 key keyboard for it
I've always liked the concept but hated the actual mark.
Digitally it’s hard to see the interrobang as the exclamation mark part is mostly obscured. Better to type the symbols side by side honestly, unless you’re going for subtlety.
