Republicans still tying themselves in knots for Trump

There is no such thing as expunging an impeachment. You can't do it. Once someone is impeached, they're impeached. Of course, the Republicans won't let a little thing like facts stand in their way.

My theory is they know its impossible but they told Trump and their voters theyre working on it to shut them up/use it as a dumb campaigning talking point.
