Dr Pepper Corporation is not a real company. Dr Pepper is not a real person. Therefore: SILENCE, BRAND.
I'm curious as to what the legality is here. Can Dr. Pepper demand the tweet be taken town? I suppose they can demand it but can the legally force it or sue the poster?
Seems like clear satire.
I don't know why they don't just require one member of their legal team to change their name to Dr Pepper
