I think, from our point of view is I think it’s 4:00 a.m. last night. There’s explosions overhead. We know that many of our colleagues have already been bombed. We can’t communicate with them because the Israelis have jammed the communication. And one of the activists turned to turned to me and she said, “No one’s coming to help. No one is coming to help us.” And I think for the first time in my life, I got a real sense, a tiny glimmer of what it’s like to be Palestinian. No one’s coming to help us.
I always hope that "maybe THIS blatant show of Israels brutality will make everyone realize a genocide is happening" but all hope is lost.
I wish them the best of Luck and hope they can deliver the aid. Even 1 saved life was worth it!
