downvoting visible during long push/click of voting buttons

i dunno if this is intended, but i just wanted to let you know that when you long click or long push the voting options to bring up the dialog box which has the local voting options, it has the options for downvoting even though they're disabled on this instance. i don't know if clicking does anything (since it doesn't show on the frontend) but just wanted to let you know :)

edit: seeing that there might have been a commit to fix this but i'm not sure if it's rolled out to the release we're on (or i it's something else entirely): https://codeberg.org/rimu/pyfedi/issues/961
