Trump did not draw a full grown woman. He drew a child. For his friend, an infamous child sex trafficker.

So, I'm a nurse. When I was in nursing school, we learned about something called Tanner Stages, which is a way of assessing puberty. I'm also a lactation consultant (I help people with breastfeeding and pumping). So I see and assess a lot of breasts, professionally.

When I saw Trump's drawing, my first thought was that isn't what adult breasts look like. I remembered that there is a medical way to evaluate how far through puberty someone is. Tanner Stages go from stage 1 to stage 5, where stage 1 is a prepubescent child and stage 5 is a full grown adult. So I looked up the Tanner Stages, and I compared them to Trump's drawing. It looks JUST like stage 3.

(Important note: I'm not saying adult women can't have small breasts. They really do come in all shapes and sizes.)

The media keeps saying Trump drew a woman. I don't think he did. Trump drew breasts that do not look full grown. He drew them for his friend, an infamous child sex trafficker. Assessing them using Tanner Stages, they look half developed. And that makes this picture more than just creepy - it makes it criminal.
