Because he fucking sucks. I just want to break his stupid smug face every time I see it.
He's decided people on a random speedboat in Venezuelan waters can be blown up on the assumption they're drug smugglers, and people on the streets of America can be rounded up at gunpoint on the assumption they're illegal immigrants or terrorists, all without any kind of due legal process.
By that logic any one of us could summarily execute him as a terrorist, rapist, tyrant and corrupt grifter, all with more facts at hand than any he's used.
Of course the troops he's bought would probably interfere and shoot that person, and if they lived to see trial his SCOTUS toadies would send them to prison.
