Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte was recognized by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) as the top performing mayor in its "Boses ng Bayan" poll showing the top performing mayors and legislators in the country on Saturday, Sept. 16.
The Top City Mayors and District Representatives Survey was conducted from June 25 to July 5, 2023. The foundation, utilizing a stringent methodology, surveyed 10,000 randomly selected registered voters across diverse districts, achieving a Ā±1% margin of error at a 95 percent confidence level, reflecting official voting demographic profiles and ensuring data accuracy.
