Depending on time of year the CRA is okay, but it's so fucking frustrating when you call and can't get through because it's lunch hour (has happened to me).
They really do need to be staffed to handle regular call volumes.

It drives me absolutely crazy when a place doesn't take calls because of lunch.
Even if you have a small staff, stagger the lunch. I don't understand why this is still a problem. The ENTIRE office has to go to lunch at exactly the same time??? Most people who work might only have time to make their call during lunch hours, so you screw them over. I'm looking at you every doctor's office.
