Three City Councillors to travel to Vienna to learn about their successful and renowned social housing program

That's crazy, I learned all about Red Vienna in my bedroom, sitting on a chair in front of my computer. They should have hit me up instead, I could have filled them in and kept them from missing time at their jobs as integral council members of a major US city.
