If they're being removed for cause rather than lack of work that's a firing, not a layoff. Why is he lying?
Thinks he's Elon and can just go do whatever. We'll later hear about this company hiring people back, collapsing, etc.
How does this work? Say he had 100 employees, he lays off 80, now he has 20, he lays off 16, now he has 4, will he lay off 3 and make the last one part time, constantly cutting their hours by 80% and approaching but never getting to zero?
- He has to hire 100 new people everytime, 80 to actually do the work, as before, and 20 to fix what AI broke
That's 160%! How does that make sense!?
