Edit: Hell, these days I'm not even comfortable with inhaling tar and chlorophyll. Which is why I almost exclusively vape and dab concentrates these days. Flower is reserved for special occasions only.

I would not generally say 'most' people do this, but yes a good number of people roll cigs and tobacco at the same time, a 'spliff.'
