There are no stakes just funny people trying to figure out absurd 'puzzles'.

I've never once watched an episode, but English Heritage have a taskmaster "event" on at some of their sites, had fun doing that with the kids this summer.

I recommend it; it's fun and often goofy. That said, the competitors are sometimes NSFW.

Just watched a new episode from Taskmaster NZ. I think Australia has the best alternate Taskmaster, but NZ has the best alternate Alex Horne.
100% agreed. Greater Tom is a pretty good taskmaster, and i think the first AU season is about as good as any of the UK ones.
