What game does everyone seem to love, but you just don’t get the hype at all?

Elden Ring.
I get it, it's good and all. It just bores me to death. I tried several soulslike games and never managed to like one. The combat system in particular seems absurdly stiff and slow.
Their commitment to keeping the difficulty high is what keeps me away. I'm lucky to find a few hours a week to play games these days. I can't devote a ton of time to fighting the same boss over an over 30 times.
I do like Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor. They're essentially Souls Soulslike, but with a difficulty slider, so I can have fun exploring, pretending to be a Jedi, and enjoying the story without having to be perfect at the game.
Right? I don't have 5 hours a day to play videogames. Keeping the difficulty so high by simply making the combat annoyingly archaic doesn't make the game fun, but frustrating.
And with the amount of games in the world, I can play anything else that respects my free time.
PS: The elitist toxic userbase that solves everything with a "skill issue" and doesn't want the games to be easier so other people can approach them doesn't certainly help either.
