Why would Firefly or Japan want to launch Alpha there?

For Japan, H3 is picking up the pace, and if KAIROS or Epsilon S start launching, then that covers anything Alpha can do.

For Firefly, a quieter spaceport sounds good, but it's on the other side of the planet where they have 0 presence and it sounds like an ITAR nightmare. Maybe it won't be terrible if they figure out a portable, secure, containerized launch setup. And it would make for a good headline for the stock bros...
